The hotel offers huge rooms with extremely comfortable beds. It has particularly nice views. The location of the hotel is favorable and strategic, near Teluk Cempedak, Zoo Teruntum, East Coast Mall, and the city center.

Overall the service was good,staffs friendly,good location.

The room had ants on the bed,once we finish our food in room,the empty plates was only collected the next day during room service,the plates were lying outside the entrance till the next morning.we book a family room and mentioned 3 person but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom.the mineral water also 2 bottles only.please take note and improve on this,otherwise everthing was fine.
